The Field: A weekly, drop-in meditation group. This 90 minute meditation is mostly silent, but relational (speaking) practices will be offered. Please come with your own meditation cushion and an open-heart. We will gather in community to practice bringing Compassionate Awareness to whatever arises in the field of awareness. All levels of practitioners are welcome. Please arrive at 5:45pm to settle in. The session will begin promptly at 6pm and the doors will close at that time. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
